If you cancel services before work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees, less any administrative costs or third-party commitments already made on your behalf. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
If services are cancelled after work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed. You will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the cancellation date, including any committed expenses.
